The good news about this new release is that the utility will perform an untethered jailbreak, which means you can reboot the device without having to have it tethered to your computer.
This version is new and I haven’t tested it myself yet, but from what I am hearing there may be a few problems with the utility so you might want to wait a while before using it.

Techtree warns that iPhone 4 users should avoid this jailbreak, as it does not have a carrier unlock, meaing you will be unable to use your SIM if you do so.
