Nokia C3 Smartphone Reviews

The Nokia C3 comes in three colours. Review sample was the slate grey option, which is really more blue than grey and a nice enough shade. There are also hot pink (eek!) and golden white versions. The new Nokia C3 handset is Nokia’s most compact messenger phone right now. Based on the S40 platform, with a sleek design and a full Qwerty keyboard, the Nokia C3 should grab the attention of the active social media consumers. The display format is pretty standard, it is 2.4-inches, and the Nokia C3 Smartphone itself is easy to handle. The new Nokia C3 cell phone is equipped with a 3.5-inch plug and USB interfaces. The so-called dedicated headers under the display give immediate access to the most important thing, which the Nokia C3 mobile phone is meant for, namely messaging, e-mail and social networking.

Facebook and Twitter feeds can be delivered live to the main screen, and Wi-Fi helps you keep a handle on data usage. You'll need that, actually, because this handset lacks 3G. You'll be relying on GPRS and EDGE for all your network based data comms.

Nokia C3 Features
The thought behind the immediate access to social networking or messaging is that these applications can be accessed immediately from the start screen. Nokia has designed the C3 handset to make it as smooth as possible to be active within social networks. All messenger applications are immediately accessible from the start screen or via the dedicated button under the display. For fans of digital photography, there is an integrated 2 Megapixel camera.

It is handy to have the possibility to configure the Nokia C3’s start screen according to one’s own tastes. It’s possible to show your favorite contacts immediately above the display, so that you can get in touch with them immediately. Underneath that, you can, for example, display Facebook and Twitter account feeds, so that you will always be immediately up to date with information from your contacts. And of course Nokia would like to see users visit the Ovi store, where applications are available online. The Ovi store is also quickly and easily accessible.

Nokia C3 review
Unfortunately, the Nokia C3 cell phone has to make do without 3G support and the connection will be made with GSM / GPRS / EDGE speed. It is remarkable that the Nokia C3 phone is equipped with Wi-Fi, which is a feature that we do not often see in S40 Smartphones. Officially the new Nokia messenger phone supports 8GB microSDHC, but it is expected that also a 32GB microSDHC card will be supported. The Nokia C3 mobile phone will be available soon.
