Connect your iphone to your pc and install apps, pics, accessories, files etc without itunes. After installation go to C:\ program files or program files (x86)\NetDragon\91 mobile/iphone/LangPack and delete everything except for the english file, then go back to C:\ program files or program files (x86)\NetDragon\91 mobile/iphone and delete the updater application(not the updater file). You need to delete this so it doesn't update the chinese language files again, then go to the dlls folder and delete the clock dll. Thats it ,you will have a full working english version of the best iphone suite available to date.
